Nori is your typical childish guy that just haven't matured quite yet like the others around his age. He still plays childish tactics such as the blame game and never taking full responsibilities for his own doings. Often times, he uses excused to get out of consequences, a bad habit of his. He also has quite a big ego and does a lot of big talk and even empty threats to impress people. Though often times, he chickens out during fights or challenges when he knows he'll lose, using his excuses of course. If he were not able to get out of a situation, he would suck it up and do whatever he has to do reluctantly. Though, he often underestimates himself, so if he somehow win a fight or bet, you can probably see him bragging about it for days straight. Even though he may be an annoyance of a kid and may not be the most honest at times, he does have a big heart. He enjoys helping others out, especially with the elders. He does values friends greatly, this is because he thinks that if you could put up with him and still be his friend, than you're someone worth keeping around. 

Background:

Nori's family consist of his mother(39) is an ex-shinobi after having Nori, his father(38) is a chuunin that does guard duty at the gate, and grandfather(66 and from father's side) has retired from the shinobi life after an event of injuring his back. Being the only child in the family, he was quite spoiled during his early years and to the present. His mother mostly babied and let him get away with most things, while his father is slightly more strict but not by much. His grandfather on the other hand, had grown out of spoiling Nori once he had graduated from the academy. His grandfather holds more traditional aspects and often try to teach Nori more on manners; hoping that his grandson would grow out of the childish-tactics, but it hasn't worked quite yet. 

Being is such a close-knit family environment, Nori is had become super dependent of his family. During his academy days, it was always his mother or father that woke him up for class, packed him lunch, and even had them walk him to the academy until he graduated. He never tried to take it upon himself and not rely on his family as much. In the classroom setting where he didn't have he parents around, he felt small and insecure that first year or so. Though eventually, he found that pretending to be confident overcomes his insecurities and thus the start of his ego.
